How Do You Feel About Discovery Network’s New Special Called “Michael Jackson’s Autopsy?”

Everyone has their panties in a bunch over the Discovery Network running a special on the reenactment of  Michael Jackson’s autopsy.

The special, called Michael Jackson’s Autopsy: What Really Killed Michael Jackson, will apparently feature an imagined reenactment of Jackson’s autopsy, and air on Jan. 13 in Europe.

According to E! Online, co-executors of MJ’s will John Branca and John McClain fired off a letter to Discovery saying:

“Your decision to even schedule this program is in shockingly bad taste, insensitive to Michael’s family, and appears motivated solely by your blind desire to exploit Michael’s death, while cynically attempting to dupe the public into believing this show will have serious medical value.”

The executors are also really pissed about the ad that goes along with the special that depicts a body lying on a table under a sheet with nothing showing but that sparkly infamous glove.

“The ad is debased, sick and insensitve,” they wrote. “No doubt this fictitious, morbid image is being spread worldwide even now on the Internet”—well, it is now!—”viewed by Michael’s loved ones, and even accepted as authentic by those who may be unaware that Discovery made it up.”

Well it does seem disrespectful and also re living a horrible past for the Jackson family …it sad that people still use the deceased popstar as a way to make money instead of letting his family be and as well letting  MJ rest in peace. It;s a little over the top and a bit much!…Just sayin

Chris Brown- Raz-B Twitter Brawl Gets To MTV!

On Wednesday, the “Deuces” singer got charged up when former B2K singer Raz-B tweeted a comment critical of Brown. After posting a dozen messages declaring his admiration of Rihanna, he wrote about her ex, “I’m just sittin here thinking how can n—as like [Eric Benet] and [Chris Brown] disrespect women as intelligent as Halle Berry, Rihanna.”

Brown quickly shot back, tweeting “N—a you want attention! Grow up n—a!!! Di– in da booty ass lil boy.”

The harsh comments were an apparent allusion to allegations Raz-B made then later retracted  that B2K manager Brian Stokes had molested him. Several other homophobia-tinged responses followed, but, unlike before where Chris Brown would remain silent after making heated statements, he vowed that this time he would not delete his Twitter account.

“I was minding my damn business and Peter pan decides to pop off!!!” Brown wrote. “I’m not mad though!!! I’m just not silent nor am i one of these scary R&B cats!!” In light of the harsh statements, Brown followed up by writing, “I’m not homophobic! He’s just disrespectful!!!”

Raz didn’t hold his fire, either, responding, “When I need tips on how to demolish my career I’ll call ya!!!!” He then following up with several more jabs at Brown’s career, which took a hit in the wake of the Rihanna assault. “I love how u resort 2 disrespectful low brow tactics when u clearly sabotaged ur own career by beating women.”

The ugly back-and-forth continued, with Brown assuring his gay fans that he loves them, saying that “this immature act is not targeted at you!!!!” Brown continued to try and change the tenor of the talk, posting early Thursday morning, “LOVE ALL MY SUPPORTERS and people who know my heart. HOMOPHOBE? c’mon, find a better tactic. that’s pure ignorance and stupidity. i love everyone.”

Chris was sentenced to a domestic violence course in August 2009 after he reached a plea deal with Beverly Hills prosecutors in the wake of his felony conviction on charges of assault against then girlfriend Rihanna. The singer was required to take the once-a-week class for one year, sentenced to 180 days of community labor, placed on five years of probation and issued a stay-away order from Rihanna.

“I have enough self-respect and decency to be proud of accomplishing this DV class,” Brown tweeted last week about the end of his domestic violence classes. “Boyz run from their mistakes. Men learn from them!!! thx.”

The singer is due back in court on January 28 for his next status hearing.

Teena Marie Scared To Sleep Alone Due To Prior Mal Seizure!

Close family friends told TMZ that Tina has suffered other seizures, but the grand mal shook her up badly. We’re told she had broken two ribs after falling during that seizure.

We’re told the L.A. County Coroner’s Office found diazepam — an antiseizure drug — at Teena’s home, but friends say she had stopped taking the medicine because of side effects and began taking herbal remedies instead.

Friends also tell TMZ … Teena was so scared of having another grand mal seizure she would have someone sleep next to her at night.

Friends say on Saturday night someone slept in the same room with Teena and left in the morning.  Teena was talking with her bodyguard at around 11:30 AM. She went back to bed in the early afternoon — no one was with her when she slept. Teena’s daughter checked in with her at around 1 PM and Teena was fine.

But at around 3 PM, Teena’s daughter checked in with her again, and found her unresponsive.

The Coroner has said signs point to death from natural causes.  But “natural causes” could be death from a seizure.

R.I.P: Teena Marie Passes At Age 54! (“Im Still In Love” Live Performance Inside)

“Grammy nominated singer Teena Marie — once known as Rick James’ protégée — died in her sleep last night at her home in Pasadena at the age of 54 … TMZ has confirmed with Teena’s rep Lynn Jeter. Relatives found Teena’s body Sunday morning at her home. So far it’s unclear what caused the singer’s death — but the Pasadena Police Department tells TMZ they do no suspect foul play.  They say it looks like Teena died of natural causes.  The L.A. County Coroner’s Office will perform an autopsy.

Marie was nominated for a Grammy four times … her first top ten hit was “I’m Just a Sucker for Your Love.” –TMZ.com

Though it’s unclear how Marie died, she did suffer a grand mal seizure last month.

Just yesterday she tweeted  a line from Sarah Vaughn  “May You never grow old, and may I never die”…

My condolences to Teena Marie’s family, this is a great loss to the music industry,  she was  and is still known to be a woman of great talent!

I will definitely update once more information is released…R.I.P Teena Marie.

Claudia Vazquez is suing superstar Jennifer Lopez for $10 million, and told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive video interview that she’s doing it in defense of her career and her life.

“I’m just me and I’m defending my career, my life,” Vazquez said about her lawsuit against Lopez, which claims the Jenny On The Block singer is interfering with production on a movie about her ex-husband, Ojani Noa.

Hot 97 Wants No Part With Cipha Sounds & Angry NYC Haitians!! So Will He Eventually Get The Boot?!

“DJ Cipha Sounds just found out that he’s not big enough to get away with offending a whole nationality of people with no penalty. And now his big mouth and wack azz joke have cost him his cushy gig at Hot 97 in New York… at least temporarily.

Hot 97 radio bosses indefinitely suspended DJ Cipha Sounds Tuesday as dozens of Haitian community leaders stepped up their calls for his resignation.

Activists and elected officials gathered outside the radio station on Hudson St. to voice their anger at the DJ’s on-air claim he is HIV-negative because he does not “mess with Haitian girls.”

Cipha Sounds later apologized to listeners, calling it a “tasteless joke,” and the station said he will begin sensitivity training focused on the Haitian community.

“Cipha made an immediate public apology and recognizes his insensitivity and the negative impact his comments have on all Haitians,” said Alex Cameron, SVP/Market Manager of Emmis-New York.

Haitian-Americans said an apology was not enough. “He said it was a joke. That was not a joke, that was a serious insult,” said Haitian-born City Councilman Mathieu Eugene.”

We knew it would come to this after saying something so disrespectful, ignorant, disgusting and insulting towards haitian women and the community. And it definitely was not a joke in my eyes as a woman who is also half haitian but more so degrading towards the haitians as a race! Now with the reaction to his actions of haitians calling in and standing in front of Hot 97 demanding more than just a cold apology but for respect, will Cipha Sounds eventually go from suspension to getting the boot? Its a possibility if the haitian community pursue their actions of making sure he is no longer on the air and we are known for fighting till the end! But then again if he can show that he is sincere with his apology and shows no real hate towards the haitian community then all will be fine and simply a lesson learned!

With every action there is a reaction which may lead to consequence….
